The Met Building - Level 3
The Met Building - Level 3
We were appointed on a design and build basis to deliver the CAT A+ fit-out of Level 3 at The Met Building, a landmark workspace in the heart of Fitzrovia. Tasked with creating a fully furnished, ready-to-occupy office for Flint Global, the project reflects a seamless integration of design intent and construction delivery - balancing creative ambition with technical precision.
Design & Build Approach
From concept to completion, we led every stage of the process, bringing together interior design, project management, and construction expertise under one coordinated framework. This approach enabled rapid decision-making, design consistency, and cost certainty, ensuring the client’s vision was realised within programme and without compromise.
Working closely with Lazari Investments, the design language was developed to convey sophistication and subtlety - combining high-end finishes, considered lighting, and smart technology to elevate both aesthetic and function.

A bit of history
Originally built in 1965 and inspired by New York’s Lever Building, The Met Building has been transformed through a comprehensive redevelopment completed in September 2023.
This refurbishment, undertaken at a Capex cost of £30 million, reimagined the building’s timeless architectural design while integrating modern innovations and sustainability features.
