Our bread and butter is internal fit-out works across the capital. Understanding the clients needs, how it effects other tenants, surrounding residences, complex logistics, while not forgetting the importance of working to deadlines and budgets. Specialist Restoration & Heritage
Restoring existing features is not only rewarding but sustainable. So whether it’s grade listed or its a personal commitment from the client or architect, we understand and welcome the challenges faced with restoration and heritage works. CDP - Contractor’s Design Portion
The contractor’s design portion (sometimes referred to as CDP), is an agreement between us (the main contractor) and the client to design and manage specific parts of the works.
At Signature we have an extensive list of sub-contractors and designers that are able to design, manufacture and install specialist enhancements to the project. We work closely with all parties to ensure any enhancements are managed on programme and fit in with the existing plans. If pre-construction is completed and additional alterations or installations are required we can help to ensure it’s planned and managed correctly to tie in neatly with project.
