Welcome to the Shropshire House Project Information Page. This page is intended to provide regular updates on the progress of refurbishment works being undertaken by the contractor. In addition, monthly newsletters will be issued to keep occupiers informed of upcoming activities and any potential impacts during the project.

ENABLING WORKS SCOPE
The following enabling works have been proposed in order to facilitate commencement of phase 2 works:
o Surveying redundant services
o Planning temporary works
o Trial Holes and fire risk assessments
o Building condition survey
o Power supply and security planning
o Removal of redundant services
o Move Water Pump basement
o Move main head to west wing reception to basement.
o Purge gas main and remove redundant gas services, sprinkler main.
o Remove lead water main Roof
o Remove asbestos from lift rooms
o Provide works access and safe platforms to roof.
o Review of IT equipment and relocation in basement
Working hours:
The works on-site will take place between the following hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00
Saturday 08:00 to 13:00
Sunday and Bank holidays, No work without prior notification and agreement with City of London
