PROPOSED WORKS

Beaumont Place Entrance
Works to the entrance area, including the relocation of the dry riser.
Back of House Corridor Refurbishment
Refurbishment of back-of-house areas, including reorientation of the internal stair and all associated mechanical and electrical relocations.
Bin Store
Creation of a new bin store with associated basement ventilation.
Basement Whitebox Space
Construction of a new whitebox space within the basement, including new lighting, doors, a sliding folding door, refurbishment of existing columns, new acoustic ceiling treatment, and fire exit alterations. This space is being developed on a speculative basis.
Courtyard & External Landscaping
Completion of courtyard extension works, together with soft and hard landscaping.
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)
Delivery of all MEP works as detailed within the GLP documentation, including the relocation of existing tenant equipment.
Car Park
Upgrade and refurbishment of the existing car park, including associated sprinkler modifications.
Northern Quarter Whitebox Refurbishment
Refurbishment and fit-out of the Northern Quarter whitebox space.
