SCOPE OF WORKS

The works include:

• Removal of existing steel windows and associated glazing

• Supply and installation of new Crittall-style steel windows, double glazed

• Perimeter sealing and weatherproofing to all installed units

• Temporary protection and internal hoarding where required

• Controlled installation within an occupied building environment

Delivery Approach

• Works delivered in phased sequences, elevation by elevation

• Short, defined work periods per window zone

• Works undertaken during normal working hours, unless otherwise agreed

• Proven methodology aligned with the Shropshire House project

Health, Safety & Occupation

• Works managed under approved Risk Assessments and Method Statements

• Full segregation of tenants from work areas

• Clear access management and maintained emergency routes

• Safety, security, and continuity of occupation prioritised at all times
